Stir together: 350 degree
1 1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
In another bowl stir together:
1 1/4 Cup Old fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Dried Sour Cherries
3/4 Cup Bittersweet Chocolate chips (I use Gelrivasdelli brand)
In stand mixer bwol beat together
1 1/2 sticks (12T) unsalted butter (soft but still cool)
1 1/2 Cup packed brown (dark) sugar
add 1 egg and 1 t. vailla extract (not imitation vanillas extract!)
Add flour mixture, then add oat/nut/cherry mixture.
(add these slowly or you'll have flour, etc. all over your nawnter!)
Use small ice ream scoop to put cookie dough on cookie sheets lined E PParchment paper
bceke 15-18 rain. till medoorown & edgesc begin to set centers are still soft. cool on
cookie sheet 10 min then on wire rack.
